Foreclosure Counseling

Homeowners in financial crisis can benefit from a professional financial evaluation. Our trained staff will evaluate options and aid in developing a plan to bring the mortgage current. CCCS is committed to giving you an objective assessment that will help you reach your financial goals.

If you or someone you know is past due on their existing mortgage, a certified professional counselor can help you determine what options might be available. CCCS has been helping individuals and families work through financial crisis since 1979 and foreclosure counseling since 1998. To call for an appointment either in person or over the phone, call:

Once you have made your appointment, a packet of information will be mailed out to you that day. The packet of information will remind you of your appointment time, forms to fill out anda list of documents that you will need for your session. We ask that you complete the forms to best of your ability.

If you would like to review the forms before the counseling session or if you select to do a phone counseling session, please click on the forms listed below. Review or fill out the forms and fax them into your counselor before your phone counseling session. Our staff will provide you with a fax number.
